探究FLAIR序列图像中的血管流空征与高信号血管征在鉴别MELAS与AIS两种疾病时的意义所在。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of vessel signs on Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery (FLAIR) images, including the Vessel Flow Void Sign (VFVS) and the Hyperintense Vessel Sign (HVS), on differentiating Mitochondrial Encephalopathy, Lactic Acidosis, and Stroke-like Episodes (MELAS) from Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS).

纳入标准：

临床确诊为MELAS以及AIS患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients exactly diagnosed with MEALS or AIS

排除标准：

MRI检查时缺少MRA或ASL

Exclusion criteria：

MRI examination lacks MRA and ASL sequence.
