研究目的：

主要目的：考察中医药干预对HIV感染者发病时间和发病率的影响；次要目的：1.考察中医药辨体质辨证干预对HIV感染者中医证候、生存质量、PRO、中医体质的影响；2.中医药辨体质辨证干预对HIV感染者CD4+、CD8+T细胞计数，CD4+/CD8+比值， CD4+HLA-DR+、CD8+HLA-DR+T细胞比率，CD4CD45RA+，CD4CD45RO+，T淋巴细胞受体基因多重性分析，外周血髓样树突状细胞（mDC）上B7-H1表达率，CCR5，CXCR4，TLR4mRNA，HIV病毒载量，IL-2，IL-12，TNF-a，NK细胞的影响；3.中医药辨体质辨证干预对HIV感染者安全性指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: To evaluate the effects of constitution judgment and syndrome differentiation of TCM to reduce AIDS incidence and time in patients with HIV infected; Secondary purposes: 1. To evaluate the effects of constitution judgment and syndrome differentiation of TCM to affect TCM syndrome, Quality of life, PRO scale and TCM constitution in patients with HIV infected; 2. To evaluate the effects of constitution judgment and syndrome differentiation of TCM to affect CD4 + count, CD8 + count, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, CD4+CD45RA+, CD4+CD45RO +, T lymphocytes receptor gene analysis of multiplicity, B7-H1 expression of Peripheral blood myeloid dendritic cells, CCR5, CXCR4, TLR4mRNA, HIV viral load, IL-2, IL-12, TNF-a, NK cells in patients with HIV infected; 3. To evaluate the effects of constitution judgment and syndrome differentiation of TCM to influence safety in patients with HIV infected.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合《艾滋病和艾滋病病毒感染诊断标准》（WS293-2008）的HIV感染者诊断标准；
2）符合中医体质判定标准和中医证候辨证标准；
3）CD4+T淋巴细胞水平400-550/mm3；
4）可能感染时间为6～10年（结合确诊报告及流行病学史判断）；
5）年龄18-65岁，性别不限；
6）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meeting the “AIDS and HIV diagnostic criteria”(WS293-2008) diagnostic criteria for HIV infected;
2) According with the criteria of TCM constitution and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria;
3) CD4+ T lymphocyte levels 400-550/mm3;
4) HIV infection may be for 6 to 10 years (by diagnosed reports and epidemiological history to judge);
5) Aged between 18 and 65 years old, and no restriction on sex;
6) Signed informed consent, and voluntary to attend the trial.

排除标准：

1）已接受规范HAART治疗者（服用标准抗病毒治疗方案，耐受良好，未出现治疗失败或抗病毒治疗终止）；
2）已接受规范中医药治疗者：服用针对治疗艾滋病的中药制剂或汤药3个月及以上；
3）正在参加其他治疗研究的患者；
4）长期存活者或长期不进展者（HIV抗体阳性达7年以上，CD4+T细胞计数正常（大于等于500/mm3）或无明显变化，无临床症状及抗病毒药物使用史。参考《艾滋病病毒与艾滋病的发病机制（第三版）》、《艾滋病病毒感染的诊断和治疗》、《艾滋病中西医结合临床科研实用教程》）；
5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
6）合并有严重心、肝、肾脏疾病患者，肝炎、结核病患者及精神病患者：包括重度器质性心脏病，严重心律失常、肝功能异常（AST、ALT升高2倍以上）等；
7）其他原因不能按时服药者；
8）过敏体质及对研究使用药物过敏者；
9）有酗酒史者（每日饮酒150ml以上）或具有酒精依赖综合征表现；
10）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Who has been accepted norms HAART therapy (taking standard anti-viral treatment, well tolerated, and does not appear antiviral therapy treatment failure or termination);
2) Who has been accepted norms Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment: taking traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of AIDS or decoction three months and above;
3) Participating in other treatment studies of patients;
4) Long-term survival or long-term non-progressors (HIV antibody positive more than seven years, CD4 + T cell count normal (greater than or equal 500/mm3) or no significant change, no clinical symptoms and antiviral drug use history. Refer to "AIDS virus and AIDS pathogenesis (third edition) "," HIV diagnosis and treatment, "" AIDS clinical research Integrative practical Guide ");
5) Pregnant or lactating women;
6) With severe heart, liver, kidney disease, hepatitis, tuberculosis patients and psychiatric patients include: severe organic heart disease, severe arrhythmias, abnormal liver function (AST, ALT increased more than 2 times), etc.
7) Other reasons of affect timely taking medications;
8) Allergies and allergic to this drug;
9) A history of alcoholism (daily drinking more than 150ml) or with alcohol dependence syndrome manifested;
10) Researchers believe that other reasons were not suitable for clinical trials.
