研究目的：

建立腰椎间盘突出症不同分期的非手术治疗的优化方案  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of non-surgical treatment for different stages of lumbar disc herniation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在20~60岁之间，男女不限；②腿痛重于腰痛，腿痛呈典型的坐骨神经分布区域的疼痛；③按神经分布区域的皮肤感觉障碍；④出现四种神经体征中的两种征象（肌肉萎缩、运动无力、感觉减退和放射减弱）；⑤自愿加入本试验，并签署“知情同意书”者。

Inclusion criteria

1 aged 20 to 60 years old, male or female; 2 Mainly leg pain, leg pain was typical of the sciatic nerve distribution; 3 Distribution area of the skin along the nerve sensory dysfunction;4 neurological signs appeared in two of four signs (muscle atrophy, motor weakness, sensory loss and less radiation); 5 voluntarily joined the trial, and signed "informed consent" are.

排除标准：

①脊柱外科手术史；②严重脊柱创伤史；③影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者；④合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系系统等严重疾病或精神病患者；⑤妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；⑥肝肾功能异常者；⑦有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者；⑧不愿加入本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 history of spinal surgery;
2 severe spinal trauma;
3 imaging findings with spinal bone tumor, tuberculosis, osteoporosis and other patients;
4 with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, blood, digestive system and other seriousdisease or mental illness;
5 pregnant and lactating women;
6 liver and kidney dysfunction;
7 other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute or chronic infection;
8 reluctant to join the trials.

患者定期来门诊接受腰椎间盘突出症健康教育，主要给患者介绍这种疾病的自然过程以及成功康复的展望，以缓解他们对疼痛的紧张，同时建立专门的网站并邀请患访问我们关于这次试验的网站。这样干预的目的主要在于使患者恢复日常活动，如果有必要，根据临床诊疗指南可以给予药物干预以缓解疼痛，如果畏惧活动的病人被介绍给理疗科医师。总共干预14天。
