研究目的：

评估腹腔镜远端胰腺切除术治疗胰腺癌的可行性、安全性和有效性，为胰腺体尾部癌的腹腔镜手术治疗提供决策依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy for pancreatic cancer, and to provide a basis for decision making in laparoscopic surgery for pancreatic cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18-80周岁的病人，性别不限；
(2)确诊胰体尾腺癌，无远处转移。为可切除或临界可切除胰腺癌病人（参考2020.V1版NCCN胰腺癌指南）；
(3)体力状况评分ECOG 0-1；
(4)术后预期生存时间大于3个月；
(5)依从性好，遵守研究计划和其他项目要求；
(6)自愿成为受试者并签署知情同意书。
(7)血液学指标正常(白细胞、血小板、肝功能、肾功能、 DIC、电解质指数、 血红蛋白大于10g/dL)。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender;
(2) Patients confirmed adenocarcinoma of pancreatic body and tail duct, without distant metastasis.Resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma follow 2020 V1 NCCN;
(3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0 to 1;
(4) The expected postoperative survival >= 3 months;
(5) Follow-up in time and ability to comply with research plans and other program requirements;
(6) Volunteer to be the subject and sign the informed consent.
(7) Normal hematological index (Leukocyte, platelet, liver function, renal function, DIC, electrolyte index, Hb >10g/dL).

排除标准：

(1)病人有手术禁忌；
(2)确诊为局部晚期或无法切除的胰腺癌的病人(参阅2020. V1版 NCCN 胰腺癌指南)；
(3)影像学检查发现远处转移；
(4)有严重心脏、肝脏或肾脏功能损害(心功能等级3-4，ALT 或 AST 超过正常值上限5倍，肌酐超过正常上限)；
(5)怀孕或哺乳期女性病人；
(6)罹患其他恶性肿瘤或血液病病人；
(7)在三个月内参与了胰腺癌的其他临床试验；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients have contraindication to surgery;
(2) Patients confirmed locally advanced or unresectable pancreatic cancer (refer to 2020.V1 version of NCCN Pancreatic Cancer Guidelines);
(3) Imaging studies found distant metastases;
(4) Patients with severe impairment of cardiac, liver or kidney function (Cardiac function grade 3-4, ALT or AST exceeds 5 times the upper limit of normal value, Creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal);
(5) Pregnant or lactating female patients;
(6) Patients with other malignant tumors or hematological diseases;
(7) Patients have participated in other clinical trials of pancreatic cancer within three months
