研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨Graves病甲亢患者治疗前后血清Betatrophin水平的变化，及其与Graves病甲亢的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Our current study aimed to investigat the change of betatrophin levels in patients with hyperthyroidism before and after thionamide treatment and explored the association of serum betatrophin levels with hyperthyroidism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

具有典型甲状腺功能亢进临床表现；血清甲状腺激素水平升高；血清促甲状腺素水平下降；血清促甲状腺激素受体抗体水平升高；既往未曾进行过任何药物治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

All of the subjects were diagnosed with hyperthyroidism by typical clinical presentation, elevated serum TH, reduced TSH, and elevated serum TSH receptor antibody (TRAb) levels. All hyperthyroid patients were drug-naive before recruitment.

排除标准：

合并糖尿病、高血压病、恶性肿瘤、妊娠、哺乳、炎急性甲状腺炎、产后甲状腺炎、肝肾功能异常、各种急慢性感染性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with the following conditions were excluded: diabetes, hypertension, cancer, pregnancy, lactation, subacute thyroiditis, postpartum thyroiditis, abnormal liver function, abnormal kidney function, and infectious diseases.
