研究目的：

了解北京地区低视力患者的生存质量状况，探索北京地区文化生活背景下适宜的低视力康复技术方法，并论证相关康复措施的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the quality of life of low vision patients, establish the approaches of the low vision rehabilitation specific to the studied population in Beijing, and demonstrate the impact of low vision rehabilitation on quality of life of patients with low vision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合曼谷-马德里低视力标准
2. 单纯视力残疾人
3. 好眼最佳远视力小于0.3，大于等于0.1
4. 年龄大于等于18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. low vision defined according to Bangkok-Madrid definition;2. without other disabilities;3. the best corrected visual acuity of the better eye ia equal to or better than 0.1;4. 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1. 痴呆或其他智力、心理问题影响康复的实施
2. 全身性疾病影响到辅具的使用或康复的实施
3. 未能完成3个月的随访研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. dementia, or other intellectual, psychological problems;
2. general diseases interfere with the rehabilitation process;
3. not finish the 3-month follow up.
