检测脊髓损伤患者血浆中BMPs的浓度；分析患者血浆中BMPs浓度的变化与脊髓功能恢复的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Detect the concentration of BMPs in the plasma of patients with spinal cord injury; analyze the correlation between the change of the concentration of BMPs in the patient's plasma and the recovery of spinal cord function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合脊髓损伤的诊断标准,均经过MRI或CT影像学诊断确诊,意识清楚,生命体征平稳,符合相关医学伦理要求标准者,均签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury, have been diagnosed by MRI or CT imaging, have clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and meet the relevant medical ethical requirements, all have signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

伴有脑外伤、截肢、多发性创伤等其他严重损伤；伴有认知障碍或语言障碍者；依赖呼吸机者；正参加其它临床试验的受试者；研究人员认为研究方案以外原因不适合本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Accompanied by brain trauma, amputation, multiple trauma and other serious injuries; accompanied by cognitive impairment or language impairment; dependent on ventilator; subjects participating in other clinical trials; researchers believe that reasons other than the research plan are not suitable for this Clinical trialists.
