研究目的：

研究肺结核病患者维生素D的水平，以及维生素D低下肺结核患者给予补充维生素D制剂后对肺结核患者免疫功能和预后的影响,深入了解肺结核病预后的影响因素,为肺结核病的治疗寻找更多的路径。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the Vitamin D levels in pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients, and to evaluate the effects of Vitamin D supplement on immune response and prognosis of PTB patients. To understand the influencing factors of the prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and to find more paths for the treatment of tuberculosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.通过病原学明确诊断肺结核初治患者，参照<肺结核诊断标准>(WS 288-2008)，资料汇总后参照<肺结核诊断标准>(WS 288-2017)进行修正 ；
2.年龄18岁-70岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1.Through the aetiology definite diagnosis tuberculosis initially treats the patient;
2.The age is between 18 and 70 years old.

排除标准：

1.疑似及临床诊断病例不纳入，合并气道结核不纳入，参照<肺结核诊断标准>(WS 288-2008)；
2.不按规律服药及定期随访者；
3.结核药物过敏者；
4.肝功能严重损害，以及肾功能严重损害者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suspected and clinically diagnosed cases and airway tuberculosis were not included;
2.Irregular medication and regular visits;
3.Tuberculosis drug allergy;
4.The liver and kidney function are seriously impaired.
