研究目的：

探究氧化苦参碱对银屑病患者的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the curative efficacy and safety of oxymatrine in the treatment of psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

银屑病面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分≥12的银屑病患者，病程≥6个月。 同时，健康对照组和银屑病患者至少在两周内未接受任何药物治疗，所有健康对照都没有代谢综合症。 所有研究对象都禁食酸奶和咸菜等任何腌制食品至少一周。 所有研究对象至少一周没有使用任何皮肤保湿剂或喷雾剂。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with psoriasis with Psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score >=12, course of disease >=6 months were considered as the candidates. At the same time, the healthy controls and psoriasis patients have not been treated by any drug in at least two weeks. All healthy controls have no any sign of metabolic syndrome. All the inclusions have not taken any pickled food including yogurt and salted vegetables for at least one week. All the participants have not used any skin moistures or sprays for at least one week.

排除标准：

1. 对氧化苦参碱过敏。
2. 存在严重的肝脏和/或肾脏损害，精神疾病，造血功能障碍或其他严重器官功能障碍等不良副作用。
3. 在过去2周内接受任何免疫抑制剂，高剂量糖皮质激素或类维生素A治疗的患者。
4. 怀孕或哺乳期的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are allergic to oxymatrine, patients who are suffering from sever liver and kidney damage, mental illness, hematopoietic dysfunction and other serious organic disease, received immunosuppressor, high doses of glucocorticoid or retinoid in the past 4 weeks, pregnant and lactating women.
