研究目的：

探讨胸科手术病人应用硬膜外阻滞复合全麻时，比较上胸段硬膜外与静脉给予利多卡因对麻醉诱导期丙泊酚TCI效应室浓度的影响，以及能否减轻或消除气管插管所致的伤害性应激反应。为合理联合用药寻找依据，以提高麻醉管理水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether epidural lidocaine administration can reduce target-controlled infusion of propofol requirements as IV lidocaine, and whether it can alleviate tracheal intubation response during anaesthesia induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I–Ⅱ级，年龄22-60岁，体重48-80kg，择期行胸科手术的患者纳入本研究

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA physical status I and II;
2. Male and female aged 22 to 60 years old, BW48-80kg;
3. scheduled for thoracic surgery.

排除标准：

(1) 有药物滥用史，精神疾病和肥胖者 (>标准体重130%)；(2) 急性心血管系统疾病及不稳定高血压；(3)中枢神经系统疾病；(4) 交流障碍；(5) 丙泊酚、阿片类药物及利多卡因禁忌证；(6)嗜烟、嗜酒史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Drug abuse, mental illness historyand obesity( >IBW 130%);
2. patients with cardiovascular or neurological disease and Unstable hypertension;
3. Communication disorders;
4. Contraindication with propofol, opioids and lidocaine;
5. Tobacco and alcohol addiction.
