研究目的：

观察阿苯达唑乳剂和阿苯达唑片对肝囊性包虫病患者连续治疗12个月的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the 12 consecutive months efficacy and safety of albendazole emulsion and albendazole tablets in the treatment of cystic echinococcosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.14-70岁，M（男性）或F（女性），族别不限
2.随机前符合以下诊断标准者
A.腹部B超或CT等影像学证实者
B.影像学检查（B超）确诊为单囊型（CE1）或多子囊型（CE2）、或内囊塌陷坏死型（CE3）包虫，囊肿最大径小于8cm（包括8cm）
C.包虫快速诊断试剂盒证实者可作为辅助诊断标准.
3.愿意接受至少为期12个月的临床药物治疗的肝脏囊性包虫病患者
4.不愿手术的或多次手术复发愿意服药治疗的上述肝脏囊性包虫病患者
5.根据GCP和当地法规，访视1时签署知情同意书并注明日期。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 14-70 years old, M (male) or F (female), no district on ethnic group;
2. Random before meeting the following diagnostic standards:
A. Imaging of abdominal B ultrasound or CT confirmed;
B. Imaging (B-mode ultrasonography) diagnosed with single cyst (CE1) or multiple cyst (CE2), or internal collapse necrosis (CE3) hydatid cysts, maximum diameter less than 8cm (including 8cm);
C. Rapid diagnostic kit can be used as auxiliary diagnostic criteria confirmed hydatid.
3. Patients with hepaitc cystic echinococcosis who want be volunteer and accept consecutive maedical treatment at least 12 months;
4. Unwilling to operation or multiple operation to take medication for the recurrence of hepatic cystic echinococcosis;
5. According to the GCP and local regulations, visiting 1 informed consent was signed and dated.

排除标准：

1.已坏死实变或完全钙化的囊型包虫病（CE4 及CE5型）及各型泡性包虫病
2.合并有严重单一脏器或多脏器功能受损者
3.孕妇及哺乳期妇女
4.不愿接受药物治疗者
5.合并有肝功异常者：ALT和/或AST和/或胆红素高于正常值上限的3倍
6.合并有肾功异常者：血清肌酐高于正常值上限的2倍，或尿蛋白呈阳性者
7.过敏体质且曾有该类药物过敏史者
8.试验期间需要接受其他可能对肝肾功及骨髓造血产生影响的治疗者
9.任何研究者认为或产品说明书中提示可能增加受试者危险或干扰试验结果的情况
10.在签署知情同意前3个月内，曾有酒精或药物滥用，研究者判断将影响试验参与，或者存在导致对研究程序或研究药物的依从性下降的任何状况。
11.在签署知情同意前30天内，曾参与另一项试验药物的试验。
12.在参与本临床试验时，发生任何可能危及患者安全性的其它临床状况（研究者判断）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cystic echinococcosis necrosis of consolidation or completely calcified (CE4 and CE5) and various types of alveolar echinococcosis;
2. Patients with severe single organ or multiple organ function damage;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. Unwilling to accept drug treatment;
5. Patients with abnormal liver function: ALT or AST or bilirubin is 3 times higher than the upper treshold of the normal value;
6. Patients with renal dysfunction: serum creatinine is 2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value, or urinary protein positive;
7. Allergic constitution and had the history of drug allergy;
8. Need to accept the treatment of other may have effects on liver and kidney function and bone marrow hematopoietic during test;
9. Any researchers think tips may increase the subjects of danger or interference test result or product instructions;
10. Signed informed consent before 3 months, had alcohol or drug abuse, the researchers estimate will affect the test involved, or the presence of any condition causing compliance to study procedures or study drug decline;
11. In signing the informed consent before 30 days, the test was involved in another test of drug;
12. In the clinical trials, any may endanger patient safety to other clinical conditions (the researchers estimate).
