①Explore the specific early biological endophenotype of ASD. ②Search for ASD-related genes by exploring the potential genetic mechanism of early specific biological endophenotypes

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）试验组：
入选标准为：年龄在 9 个月到 24 个月；被试具有至少一名年长同胞符合美国精神病诊断统计手册第五版（DSM-V）的 ASD 诊断标准（HR-ASD）；第一语言为普通话；家长自愿配合评估、检查及随访，有独立填写问卷的能力；无特殊饮食习惯。
（2）对照组：
入组标准为：年龄在 9 个月到 12 个月；被试无年长同胞符合美国精神病诊断统计手册第五版（DSM-V）的 ASD 诊断标准（LR-ASD）；第一语言为普通话；家长自愿配合评估、检查及随访，有独立填写问卷的能力；无特殊饮食习惯。
（3）验证组：
入组标准：年龄 2 岁；经由本中心副高级专科医师确诊，符合美国《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第四版( DSM-V) 中的孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）的诊断标准，第一语言为普通话；家长自愿配合评估、检查及随访，有独立填写问卷的能力；无特殊饮食习惯。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of the test group: aged 9 months to 24 monthsthe subjects had at least one older sibling who met the ASD diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnostic Diagnostic Statistics Manual, Fifth Edition (DSM-V); the first language was Mandarin; Parents volunteer to cooperate with the assessment and follow-up, and have the ability to fill out the questionnaire independently;no special eating habits.
The inclusion criteria of the control group: aged 9 months to 24 months; no older siblings met the ASD diagnostic criteria of the American Psychiatric Diagnostic Statistical Manual, Fifth Edition (DSM-V); the first language was Mandarin; parents volunteered Evaluation and follow-up, the ability to fill out the questionnaire independently;no special eating habits.
The inclusion criteria of the verification group: aged 24 months; Being diagnosed by an specialist of our center and meeting the diagnostic criteria of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Fourth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V); the first language was Mandarin; parents volunteered Evaluation and follow-up, the ability to fill out the questionnaire independently;no special eating habits.

排除标准：

排除标准为：排除其他躯体疾病，如癫痫、瘫痪、听力障碍、视力障碍等；排除唐氏综合征、Rett 综合征、威廉姆斯综合征、脆性 X 综合征、特殊语言发育障碍等；排除代谢性疾病、消化道疾病、肝肾功能损害或其他慢性器质性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude other physical diseases such as epilepsy, delirium, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc.; exclude Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, fragile X syndrome, special language development disorders and so on; metabolic disease, digestive system disease, liver and kidney damage or other chronic organic diseases.
