研究目的：

以阴虚证辨证标准为研究核心，形成多模态高血压病证结合阴虚证精准辨证标准及预测模型；阐明阴虚证与高血压核心病机的关系及其发生、发展、转归的动态演变规律。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking the syndrome differentiation standard of Yin deficiency syndrome as the core of the research, a multi-mode hypertension syndrome combined with Yin deficiency syndrome accurate syndrome differentiation standard and prediction model was formed.To elucidate the relationship between Yin deficiency syndrome and the core pathogenesis of hypertension and the dynamic evolution of its occurrence, development and outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、高血压诊断标准采用《2018中国高血压防治指南》；
2、年龄18-80岁；
3、未进行降压药物干预；
4、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The 2018 Chinese Guidelines for hypertension Prevention and Treatment are adopted as the diagnostic criteria for hypertension;
2. 18-80 years old;
3. No antihypertensive drug intervention;
4. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、继发性高血压；
2、妊娠、哺乳期女；
3、精神疾患等无法正常进行沟通者；
4、正罹患感染性疾病者；
5、患有其他威胁生命严重疾患者；
6、目前参加其它药物临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension;
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. Unable to communicate normally with mental disorders;
4. People suffering from infectious diseases;
5. Suffering from other serious life-threatening diseases;
