（1）评估不同年龄段儿童胰岛功能相关指标的分布水平和差异 （2）探讨建立中国正常儿童胰岛功能相关指标的正常参考范围  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Assess the distribution level and difference of related indexes of islet function in children of different ages; (2) Establish a normal reference range for related indexes of islet function in normal Chinese children.

纳入标准：

3-17岁正常健康儿童，男女各80名

Inclusion criteria

3-17 years old normal healthy children,80 girls and boys each

排除标准：

(1)超重，肥胖
(2)高血压
(3)高血脂
(4)高血糖
(5)糖耐量异常
(6)糖尿病史
(7)糖尿病家族史

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Overweight, obesity;
(2) Hypertension;
(3) Hyperlipidemia;
(4) Hyperglycemia;
(5) Abnormal glucose tolerance;
(6) History of diabetes;
(7) Family history of diabetes.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

体检表填写：体检表由本课题组的研究者填写。 数据的录入与修改：数据录入与管理由黄轲和陈雪峰负责。采用SPSS软件进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。 数据库锁定：在确认所建的数据库无误后，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据库进行锁定。
