研究目的：

（1）在重症监护病房（ICU）中验证床旁超声量化肌肉质量的有效性和可行性。 （2）研究危重患者入住ICU头7天内股四头肌的肌肉萎缩模式，用超声评判肌肉定量和定性指标的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To verify the effectiveness and feasibility of bedside ultrasound quantification of muscle quality in intensive care unit. (2) Objective to study the muscle atrophy pattern of quadriceps femoris in critically ill patients during the first 7 days in ICU, and to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative changes of muscle by ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.入ICU前<24小时或入ICU后<48小时进行了包含L3横断面的腹部CT检查；
b.预计ICU住院时间﹥7天。

Inclusion criteria

1. Abdominal CT examination including L3 cross section was performed before admission to ICU < 24 hours or < 48 hours after admission to ICU;
2. The expected length of stay in ICU was more than 7 days.

排除标准：

a.怀孕或哺乳期
b.双下肢外伤或截肢病人
c.原发性神经肌肉疾病
d.预计不会存活的濒死状态
e.患者或家属拒绝参加该研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or lactation;
2. Patients with bilateral lower limb trauma or amputation;
3. Primary neuromuscular diseases;
4. A near death condition that is not expected to survive;
5. Patients or family members refused to participate in the study
