研究目的：

通过建立有效可行的高通量miRNA-PCR芯片检测平台，对结核病等不同疾病患者的血浆miRNA特征谱进行检测和分析，寻找可用于结核病诊断的分子标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish an effective and feasible high-throughput miRNA-PCR microarray detection platform, then detect and analyze the plasma miRNA profile of tuberculosis and other patients with different diseases, to search for miRNA molecular markers that can be used in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书；
2. 年龄在18~65岁之间，男女不限，包括住院及门诊患者；
3. 临床诊断为肺结核（经痰结核分枝杆菌培养阳性，经菌种鉴定除外非结核分支杆菌）、肺炎和肺癌患者；
4. 胸片检查结果证实肺结核，有肺内病变，有或无空洞；
5. 育龄期妇女妊娠尿检阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntary to be subjects and agree to sign the consent form;
2. Aged 18-65 years male and female, including inpatients and outpatients;
3. Clinical diagnosed Tuberculosis (sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture positive, Strain identification with exclusion of non-tuberculous mycobacteria),pneumonia and lung cancer;
4. Chest X-ray indicated tuberculosis with lung lesions, with or without cavity;
5. Sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture positive or sputum smear AFB staining positive for M. tuberculosis within 4 month before enrollment intiation;
6. Women at childbearing age present HCG negative.

排除标准：

1. 临床诊断肺炎合并活动性肺结核患者；
2. 临床诊断肺癌合并活动性肺结核患者；
3. 临床诊断合并或单独患有其他疾病患者（如肝炎、糖尿病、风湿性关节炎等）；
4. HIV抗体检测阳性和艾滋病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinical diagnosed pneumonia with active pulmonary tuberculosis;
2. Clinical diagnosed lung cancer with active pulmonary tuberculosis;
3. Patients with clinical diagnosis of co-existing or separate diseases(Such as hepatitis, diabetes and rheumatic arthritis, et al.);
4. HIV antibody-positive and AIDS patients.
