纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书 2. 年龄为1～65，性别不限 3. 接受原位部分肝移植的病人

Inclusion criteria

1. agree to participate in this study and give informed consent;
2. aged 1-65 years old, both male and female;
3. the patient who receive orthotopic partical liver transplantation.

排除标准：

1. 不能配合临床试验人员完成相关检查者 2.其它临床试验人员认为应排除的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. fail to complete the related examinations;
2. other situations that should be excluded into this study.
