研究目的：

探索SGLT2i在糖尿病患者人群中行放射性碘对比剂造影检查时的肾脏安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the renal safety of SGLT2i when radioactive iodine contrast imaging is performed in type 2 diabetic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

连续入组住院期间行碘对比剂检查的2型糖尿病患者（服用或未服用SGLT2i），观察对比剂相关急性肾损伤的发生率及相关肾损伤的细胞因子。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Continuously enrolled patients with type 2 diabetes (with or without SGLT2i) who underwent iodine contrast imaging during hospitalization to observe the incidence of contrast agent nephropathy and cytokines related to kidney injury. 

纳入标准：

（1）明确诊断2型糖尿病，病史不限，年龄≥18岁；
（2）eGFR≥30ml/（min·1.73 m2）(CKD-EPI equation)；
（3）拟行血管内造影检查；
（4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Definite diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, unlimited medical history, aged >= 18 years;
(2) eGFR >= 30ml/(min·1.73 m2) (CKD-EPI equation);
(3) Intravascular angiography is planned;
(4) Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

1. 年龄＞75 岁；
2. eGFR＜60ml/（min·1.73 m2）(CKD-EPI equation)；
3. 对碘对比剂过敏；
4. 急性疾病（急性冠脉综合征、急性心衰等）；
5. 风湿免疫性疾病；
6. 肿瘤疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) End-stage renal disease;
(2) Maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis;
(3) Allergy to iodine contrast agent;
(4) Repeated use of contrast agent within a short period of time (48-72h);
(5) Pregnancy and lactation;
(6) Rheumatic immune diseases;
(7) Malignant tumors;
(8) Kidney transplantation.
