研究目的：

探讨右美托咪定联合阿扎司琼与单独使用阿扎司琼相比，是否能进一步减少择期行甲状腺切除术患者的术后24h内恶心呕吐的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether dexmedetomidine combined with azasetron can further reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24h after elective thyroidectomy compared withd azasetron alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期拟行甲状腺切除术患者，ASA分级I～Ⅱ级，年龄18～60周岁，18≤BMI≤24。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for thyroidectomy;
2. ASA I-II objects;
3. Subjects aged 18-60 years old;
4. 18 <= BMI <= 24.

排除标准：

严重高血压病史, 肝肾功能显著异常，凝血功能显著异常，术前长期服用阿片类、镇静镇痛、精神类药物，患有精神疾病或者不能正确表达意愿者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of severe hypertension;
2. Subjects with significant abnormal liver and kidney functions;
3. Subjects with significant abnormal coagulation function;
4. The subjects who took opioids for a long time before operation;
5. The subject of sedation and analgesia;
6. The target of psychotropic drugs;
7. The subject suffering from mental illness or unable to correctly express the will.
