研究目的：

1.主要研究目标：评估常规区域淋巴结清扫对肝内胆管癌术后5年总体生存率的影响。 2.次要研究目标：评估常规区域淋巴结清扫对肝内胆管癌术后3年和5年无复发生存率的影响；评估常规区域淋巴结清扫对肝内胆管癌术后3年总体生存率的影响；了解常规区域淋巴结清扫对术后并发症及30天死亡率的影响；了解常规区域淋巴结清扫对术后化疗疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objectives: To evaluate the impact of routine regional lymph node dissection on the postoperative 5-year overall survival of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. 2. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the impact of routine regional lymph node dissection on the postoperative 3-year and 5-year recurrence-free survival of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma; to evaluate the impact of routine regional lymph node dissection on the postoperative 3-year overall survival rate of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma ; to evaluate the impact of routine regional lymph node dissection on postoperative complications and 30-day mortality; to evaluate the impact of routine regional lymph node dissection on the efficacy of postoperative chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁的患者；
2.术前影像学和实验室检查诊断为肝内胆管癌，术后病理确诊为肝内胆管细胞癌；
3.术前影像学评估为可切除、术后病理证实为R0切除的肝内胆管细胞癌患者；
4.术前影像学及术中肉眼所见无区域淋巴结以外的淋巴结转移；
5.肝功能Child-Pugh评分A-B级；
6.残肝体积>30%；
7.ASA 1-4级；
8.患者有自主能力，理解并自愿签署书面知情同意书并且能够完成随访计划；
9.孕龄女性患者需排除在孕；
10.试验筛查前签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients between 18 and 80 years of age;
2. Preoperative imaging and laboratory examinations are diagnosed as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and postoperative pathology is diagnosed as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma;
3. Patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma whose preoperative imaging evaluation is resectable and postoperative pathology confirmed R0 resection;
4. No lymph node metastasis other than regional lymph nodes is found in preoperative imaging and intraoperative evaluation;
5. Child-Pugh score is A or B;
6. The volume of residual liver is more than 30%;
7. ASA classification is 1-4 level;
8. Patients have autonomy, can understand and voluntarily sign written informed consent and can complete the follow-up plan;
9. Female patients of gestational age should be excluded from pregnancy;
10. The written informed consent should be signed before the screening stage of trial.

排除标准：

1.肿瘤R1、R2切除；
2.患者具有明显的心、肺、脑、肾功能不全，不能耐受手术者；
3.患者既往有或现合并其他恶性肿瘤；
4.肝功能Child-Pugh评分C级；
5.ASA 5-6级；
6.怀孕或者正处在哺乳期的女性患者；
7.研究者判定不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Resection status of tumor is R1 or R2;
2. The patient has obvious heart, lung, brain, or kidney insufficiency, who cannot tolerate surgery;
3. The patient has or is currently combined with other malignant tumors;
4. Child-Pugh score is C;
5. ASA classification is 5-6 level;
6. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
7. The investigator judges that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
