研究目的：

探究氧化苦参碱对银屑病患者的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the curative efficacy and safety of oxymatrine in the treatment of psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

银屑病患者，以前至少接受过1次全身治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Psoriasis patients, received systemic treatment at least once previously.

排除标准：

对氧化苦参碱过敏者；严重肝肾功能损害、精神疾病、造血功能障碍及其他严重器质性病变者；4周内接受过免疫抑制剂、大剂量糖皮质激素或维甲酸类制剂治疗者；孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are allergic to oxymatrine, patients who are suffering from sever liver and kidney damage, mental illness, hematopoietic dysfunction and other serious organic disease, received immunosuppressor, high doses of glucocorticoid or retinoid in the past 4 weeks, pregnant and lactating women.
