研究目的：

形成适于社区推广应用的脑卒中患者语言功能障碍中医康复适宜技术方案，规范操作，建立脑卒中语言功能障碍的中医康复试点社区，提高疗效和安全性，为患者提供便利、优质、价廉、有效的康复卫生服务。  

Objectives of Study：

To form Rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology solutions on aphasia after stroke and apply it to communities, standard operation and establish rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine pilot communities for patients suffered from aphasia after stroke,thus improving the efficacy and safety,providing convenience, high quality, low cost, effective rehabilitation health services for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》中“脑卒中”的诊断要点，并经头颅CT或MRI检查证实；
2.首次脑卒中，病程≤2年；
3.18 岁≤年龄≤ 80 岁；
4.由脑卒中所致，经中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查判定为运动性失语的患者；
5.自愿参加本研究项目（愿意签署知情同意书者），能理解、接受康复指导并实施。

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants will have been diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria regulated by the Fourth National Cerebral Vascular Disease Conference, and confirmed as first stroke by the head computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)examination;2.Within two years after stroke;3.Participants should be between 18 and 80 years of age; 4.Broca’s aphasia after stroke, determined by the neurologist or rehabilitation physician and speech and language therapist, ascertained with Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination (CRRCAE);5.Participant’s or his/her guardian's written approval to participation in the trial is required, and they will understand the research.

排除标准：

1.由其他脑病如脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病等引起的运动性失语者；
2.构音障碍等周围器官所致言语障碍及痴呆等高级神经功能障碍导致的语言障碍；
3.存在严重的视觉或听觉障碍的失语患者；
4.有脑卒中严重并发症如严重的肺部感染、肩手综合征、下肢静脉栓塞等患者；
5.存在严重的心、肝、肾或神经系统疾病的患者；
6.癫痫症病史者；
7.近4周内接受影响评估结果的其他临床干预的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Aphasia due to other encephalopathy, such as traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, neurodegenerative diseases, brain parasitic diseases and so on;
2.Those with aphasia due to dementia or dysarthria;
3.Severe uncorrected-to-normal visual or auditory impairment;
4.Stroke with serious uncontrolled complications, such as severe pulmonary infection, shoulder-hand syndrome or deep vein thrombosis;
5.Serious heart,liver,kidney or nervous system disease;
6.A history of epilepsy;
7.Those have received an alternate intensive intervention which may affect the evaluation results during the last 4 weeks.
