纳入标准：

新生儿（年龄<28天），先天性心脏病行体外循环心脏手术，未接受糖皮质激素治疗

Inclusion criteria

Neonates(age<28d),on-pump cardiac surgery, without glucocorticoids therapy

排除标准：

剖宫产，早产儿，难产儿

Exclusion criteria：

Neonates with cesarean section, dystocia neonates,premature neonates
