研究目的：

通过随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的临床研究，探究补充维生素D能否改善维生素D缺乏的甲状腺功能正常的桥本甲状腺炎的炎症反应，降低甲状腺自身抗体水平。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study was conducted to explore whether vitamin D supplementation could improve the inflammatory response and reduce thyroid autoantibody levels in vitamin D-deficient hashimoto's thyroiditis with normal thyroid function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿签署知情同意书；
（2）年龄18-70岁，性别不限；
（3）符合桥本甲状腺炎的诊断：甲状腺自身抗体TGAb﹥60IU/ml TPOAb﹥IU/ml，甲状腺超声呈弥漫性病变；
（4）甲状腺功能正常0.3mIU/L < TSH <5.5mIU/L；
（5）25羟维生素D < 25nmol/l。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Voluntary signing of informed consent;
(2) Aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender;
(3) Consistent with the diagnosis of hashimoto's thyroiditis: thyroid autoantibody TGAb > 60IU/ml TPOAb > IU/ml, thyroid ultrasound showed diffuse lesions;
(4) Normal thyroid function 0.3miu /L< TSH < 5.5 mIU/L;
(5) 25 hydroxyvitamin D<25nmol/L.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、哺乳期妇女或拒绝签署知情同意书者；
（2）有严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、脑和造血系统及代谢性疾病，或合并精神病或抑郁症；
（3）高钙血症；
（4）经131 I 治疗者；
（5）对试验药物过敏者；
（6）甲状腺肿瘤患者、甲状腺功能异常或正在接受甲状腺相关疾病治疗；
（7）伴有1型糖尿病、多发性硬化、炎症性肠病、自身免疫性肾上腺皮质功能减退、系统性红斑狼疮等其他自身免疫性疾病者；
（8）营养不良、BMI < 18 kg/m2 或 BMI > 40 kg/m2；
（9）近3 个月服用免疫调节药物、维生素D、维生素A或omega-3补充剂者；
（10）研究者认为存在不适合进入研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women or those who refuse to sign the informed consent;
(2) Has serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic diseases and metabolic diseases, or is associated with mental illness or depression;
(3) Hypercalcemia;
(4) Those who have received 131 I;
(5) Allergic to experimental drugs;
(6) Patients with thyroid tumors, thyroid dysfunction or being treated for thyroid-related diseases;
(7) Patients with type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune adrenocortical dysfunction, systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases;
(8) Malnutrition
(9) Those who have taken immunomodulatory drugs, vitamin D, vitamin A or omega-3 supplements in the past 3 months;
(10) The researcher believes that there are other conditions that are not suitable for the study.
