探讨咨询在提高乙肝患者进行肝癌筛查决策和依从的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of counseling on improving decision-making and uptake of hepatocellular carcinoma screening among patients with hepatitis B infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究将纳入乙肝患者，年龄为18-65岁。
根据指南推荐适合进行肝癌筛查，包括：合并肝硬化、男性年龄 > 40岁、女性年龄 > 50岁或有肝癌家族史。
根据中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会医政医管局推荐：高危人群应至少每6个月进行一次肝脏超声联合血清甲胎蛋白筛查。因此，在过去6个月内未进行以上检查的患者将纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with hepatitis B, aged 18-65, will be included in this study.
2. According to the guidelines, it is suitable for liver cancer screening, including cirrhosis, male age > 40, female age > 50 or family history of liver cancer.
3. According to the recommendation of the National Health Commission of the people's Republic of China, the high-risk population should be screened by liver ultrasound combined with serum alpha fetoprotein at least once every six months. Therefore, patients who did not undergo the above examinations in the past 6 months will be included in this study.

排除标准：

研究将排除合并其他疾病的患者，包括联合丙肝感染等其他慢性肝脏疾病；
有肝癌诊断史或肝移植史；
有肝性脑病、精神病史、消化道出血等影响患者参与研究的疾病；
或不愿意参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other diseases, including hepatitis C and other chronic liver diseases, will be excluded;
2. Patients with history of liver cancer diagnosis or liver transplantation;
3. Patients with hepatic encephalopathy, mental history, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc;
4. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集根据电子医疗系统以及患者填写的调查问卷。数据的保存将由研究者进行，并遵循匿名和保密原则。电子数据将用密码保护，纸质版数据将封锁在柜子中。所有的数据在研究结束后5年内销毁。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection will be based on medical electronic system and participants' self-reported data on questionnaires. Anonymity and confidentiality will be adhered when managing and storing data.A password will be required to access data each time. A back of data will be stored on an external jump possessing the same security measures. The physical data will be locked in a cabinet, only accessible by the researcher. All the documents would be completely destroyed five years after completion of the research project.
