研究目的：

探索基于互联网的一种行之有效的模式，为技术“精准扶贫”提供一种行之有效的方法，帮助基层、边远地区、贫困地区重症医学科（Intensive Care Unit，ICU）临床技术水平提高。  

Objectives of Study：

An effective mode based on the Internet is explored to provide an effective method for technological "targeted poverty alleviation" and help improve the clinical technical level of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in grassroots, remote areas and poverty-stricken areas.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.符合急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断标准；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years;
2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome;
3. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完整的；
2.患者及家属计划放弃治疗。

1. Incomplete clinical data;
2. Patients and their families plan to give up treatment.
