纳入标准：

1. 先天或后天性心脏病孕妇；
2. 2011 - 2020年在我院分娩的孕妇。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnancy women with congenital or acquired heart disease.
2. Pregnancy women was delivered in our hospital between 2012 and 2020.

排除标准：

孕妇怀孕期间无N末端脑利钠前体肽检查结果。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women without NT-proBNP test results during pregnancy.
