研究目的：

中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)为近年来新被证实的炎症标志物，国外研究显示NLR与糖尿病并发症关系密切。下肢外周动脉病变(PAD)是2型糖尿病患者最严重的慢性血管并发症之一，后期常引起糖尿病足，是导致患者坏疽、截肢甚至死亡的主要原因。本试验通过研究2型糖尿病患者中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)与踝肱指数(Ankle Brachial Index, ABI)之间的关系，探讨粒淋比对糖尿病下肢外周动脉病变的意义。 研究2型糖尿病患者中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率（Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte Ratio, NLR）对血浆总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)的临床指导意义。 研究2型糖尿病患者（Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM）中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞（Neutrophil-lymphocyte Ratio, NLR）与糖化血红蛋白（Hemoglobin A1c, HbA1c）之间的关系，并分析2型糖尿病患者血糖水平对自主神经功能的影响。 研究中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率（Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte Ratio, NLR）在绝经后2型糖尿病（Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM）患者中的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) is a significant inflammatory marker recently proved. Studies suggested that NLR is associated with diabetes mellitus and its complications. By analyzing the collected data of ankle brachial index (ABI) and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), this article is aimed to study the relation between NLR and peripheral arterial disease(PAD)in type 2 diabetic patients. To investigate the clinical guiding significance of Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte Ratio(NLR) and total cholesterol(TC). To investigate the relationship of Neutrophil-lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM), and analyze the influence of blood glucose levels on the automatic nervous system in said patients. To investigate the clinical values of Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio(NLR) in type 2 diabetes postmenopausal patients.

纳入标准：

南方医科大学珠江医院内分泌科糖尿病门诊及住院病人2型糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Type 2 diabetic patients in endocrinology department in Southern Medical University Zhujiang Hospital

排除标准：

冠心病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、活跃的感染、严重的组织损伤、急性大出血、急性中毒、癌症、艾滋病、影响中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞的血液系统疾病(如骨髓增生性疾病、白血病)等。
脑梗塞、脑出血、心力衰竭、心律失常、急、慢性炎症、甲状腺疾病、血液系统疾病、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足等并发症以及肝肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure,active infection, severe tissue damage,acute hemorrhage, acute poisoning,cancer,HIV/AIDS, hematological system diseases that influence neutrophils and lymphocytes(such as myeloproliferative diseases, leukemia)and so on.
Cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, heart failure, arrhythmia, acute and chronic inflammation, thyroid disease, blood system diseases, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot and patients with liver and kidney function is not complete.
