研究目的：

评估侧前方腰椎融合联合经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oblique lumbar interbody fusion combined with posterior percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）术前诊断为腰椎滑脱的患者。
（2）成人单节段腰椎滑脱。
（3）手术方式为手术方式为一期侧前方腰椎融合术联合经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定或一期传统后路经椎间孔腰椎融合术。
（4）随访时间大于12个月，随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Preoperative diagnosis of lumbar spondylolisthesis;
(2) Single segment lumbar spondylolisthesis in adults;
(3) Surgical method was OLIF combined with PPSF (OLIF group) or traditional posterior transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF group);
(4) The follow-up time was longer than 12 months and the follow-up data were complete.

排除标准：

（1）既往脊柱手术史。
（2）活动性肺结核、恶性肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of spinal surgery;
(2) Active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.
