研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机对照研究比较局麻小切口腹膜前间隙修补术与Lichtenstein无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的安全性和有效性，探索局麻小切口腹膜前间隙修补术治疗腹股沟疝的应用价值。探索腹股沟区解剖在腹股沟疝中的应用，探求更合理的个体化腹股沟疝手术治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to compare the safety and effectiveness of local anesthetic small incision preperitoneal space repair and Lichtenstein tension-free repair for inguinal hernia, and explore the application value of local anesthetic small incision preperitoneal space repair for inguinal hernia.Explore the application of inguinal area anatomy in inguinal hernia, and explore more reasonable individualized inguinal hernia surgical treatment methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

可复性的单侧腹股沟斜疝或直疝，
患者年龄在20岁至80岁之间；
不伴有严重的心肺肾等基础疾病

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with reversible unilateral indirect or direct inguinal hernia,
2. Subjects aged between 20 and 80;
3. Subjects without serious heart, lung and kidney diseases.

排除标准：

1.有下腹部手术史患者；
2.凝血功能异常或长期服用抗凝药物不宜停药患者；
3.巨大阴囊疝难以还纳患者；
4.严重心律失常患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of lower abdominal surgery;
2. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or long-term use of anticoagulants should not be stopped;
3. The patients with huge scrotal hernia are difficult to accept;
4. Patients with severe arrhythmia.
