研究目的：

本项目将研发基于融合智能芯片网络和人工智能评估决策技术，适用于家庭-社区-医院的智能认知障碍快速筛查系统，构建认知障碍快速筛查模型，并利用移动互联网技术实现家庭社区的远程筛查，早期发现老年人认知障碍，为认知功能障碍人群提供认知功能筛查整体解决方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will develop an intelligent rapid screening system which is suitable for home-community-hospitals for cognitive impairment based on the integration of intelligent chip network and artificial intelligence evaluation and decision technology, build a rapid screening model for cognitive impairment, and use mobile Internet technology to achieve remote Cognitive screening, early find cognitive impairment in the elderly, and provide an overall solution for cognitive screening for people with cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

认知正常老年人：
① 年龄在55周岁—75周岁之间；
② 日常生活活动正常，生活自理或基本自理；
③ 福州版蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）≥25分，若受教育年限≤6年，则MoCA≥20分；
④ 签署知情同意书，志愿参加；
⑤没有明显的行为和语言障碍。
MCI 老年人：
① 符合Petersen的MCI诊断标准；
② 年龄在55周岁—75周岁之间；
③ 福州版蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）在19～24分，若受教育年限≤6年，则为14～19分；
④ 工具性日常生活能力评分（Lawton-IADLs）＞“均数－1.5个标准差”；
⑤ 签署知情同意书，志愿参加。
轻度痴呆：
① 符合AD的诊断标准；
② 年龄在55周岁—75周岁之间；
③ 福州版蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）＜19分，若受教育年限≤6年，则＜14分；
④ 工具性日常生活能力评分（Lawton-IADLs）＜“均数－1.5个标准差”

Inclusion criteria

In the elderly with normal cognition:
1. Aged between 55 and 75;
2. Normal activities of daily living, self-care or basic self-care;
3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) of Fuzhou version is more than or equal to 25 points, and MOCA is more than or equal to 20 points if the length of education is less than or equal to 6 years;
4. Sign informed consent and volunteer to participate;
5. No obvious behavior and language barrier.
MCI in the elderly:
1. According to Petersen's MCI diagnostic criteria;
2. Aged between 55 and 75;
3. The score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) of Fuzhou version is 19-24, and 14-19 if the length of education is less than or equal to 6 years;
4. Instrumental activities of daily living score (Lawton IADLs) > mean - 1.5 standard deviations;
5. Sign informed consent and volunteer to participate.
Mild dementia:
1. Accord with the diagnostic criteria of AD;
2. Aged between 55 and 75;
3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) of Fuzhou version is less than 19 points, and less than 14 points if the length of education is less than or equal to 6 years;
4. Instrumental activities of daily living score (Lawton IADLs) < mean - 1.5 standard deviations

排除标准：

① 曾经发生过脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑梗死、脑溢血、颅内感染、帕金森、癫痫或其他神经系统疾病；
② 曾经发生过抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症或其他精神相关的疾病；
③ 近两周内服用过神经抑制类药物、抗抑郁类药物、镇静类药物或抗精神分裂症药物；
④ 有酒精、药物滥用史（安眠药、止痛药等）；
⑤ 佩戴矫形眼镜后也难以看清任何东西；
⑥ 佩戴助听器后也难以听见任何声音；
⑦ 正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who had brain trauma, brain tumor, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial infection, Parkinson's, epilepsy or other neurological diseases;
2. The patients who had depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or other mental illnesses;
3. The patient who took neurosuppressive drugs, antidepressant drugs, sedative drugs or antischizophreniadrugs in the past two weeks;
4. The patient who had history of alcohol or drug abuse (sleeping pills, painkillers, etc.);
5. The patient who wears glasses orthopedic difficult to see anything;
6. The patient who wears hearing aids also difficult to hear any sound;
7. The patient who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
