研究目的：

通过观测“胎儿-新生儿过渡期”脑氧变化及近远期预后，评估胎盘输血--延迟脐带结扎对新生儿脑氧及预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the changes of brain oxygen in the "fetal-neonatal transition period" and the short- and long-term prognosis, the impact of placental blood transfusion-delayed umbilical cord ligation on neonatal brain oxygen and prognosis was evaluated.

纳入标准：

产妇自愿参加研究的盛京医院妇产科择期剖宫产出生的新生儿

Inclusion criteria

Newborns born under elective cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shengjing Hospital whose the mother voluntarily participated in the study

排除标准：

1）产妇患有梅毒、乙肝、HIV或其他感染疾病；
2）胎儿被诊断患有神经系统疾病以及孕期检查中患有神经系统功能及结构畸形或合并心脏、血管、腹部等其他系统发育不全及畸形；
3）胎儿术前已被诊断存在血红蛋白异常或贫血；
4）产妇存在椎管内麻醉禁忌症或合并妊娠期高血压

Exclusion criteria：

1. The puerpera has syphilis, hepatitis B, HIV or other infectious diseases;
2. The fetus is diagnosed with nervous system diseases, and has nervous system functional and structural abnormalities during pregnancy examination, or complicated with heart, blood vessels, abdomen and other systemic hypoplasia and malformations;
3. The fetus has been diagnosed with hemoglobin abnormality or anemia before operation;
4. Pregnant women have contraindications to spinal anesthesia or pregnancy induced hypertension
