纳入标准：

1符合西医糖耐量减低诊断标准
2符合中医脾虚湿滞证诊断标准
3年龄25~70
4洗脱期一个月，仍符合糖耐量诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

1. Conforms to the impaired glucose tolerancediagnostic criteria;2. Conforms to thecriteriaSpleen Deficiency and Damp Overabundance Syndrome diagnostic;3. age 25~70 years;4. Elution phase 1 month, Conforms to the impaired glucose tolerancediagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

16个月内有急性心脑血管事件
2严重的肝肾功能障碍者
3应激状态或继发性血糖升高
4不愿意合作
5精神疾病
6妊娠或哺乳期
7计划妊娠
8药物过敏
9合并其他内分泌疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are acute cardiocerebrovascular events within six months;
2. Serious liver and kidney impairment;
3. The stringent state, or secondary causes of raised blood sugar;
4. Not willing to cooperate;
5. mental disease;
6. Pregnancy or lactation;
7. Plan a pregnancy;
8. Drug allergy;
9. Merging other endocrine diseases.
