研究目的：

观察proBDNF在胸腔镜肺部分切除术围术期的变化及临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the perioperative changes and clinical significance of proBDNF in thoracoscopic partial lung resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　湘雅二医院择期行胸腔镜下肺部分切除术并要求施行全麻的患者；
②　18岁到75岁；
③　签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective thoracoscopic partial lung resection in the second Xiangya Hospital requiring general anesthesia;
2. Aged 18 to 75 years;
3. Written informed consent.

排除标准：

①　围术期行神经阻滞的患者；
②　术前病房血常规白细胞异常的患者；
③　行肺癌再次手术的患者；
④　合并自身免疫疾病的患者；
⑤　肝肾功能严重异常的患者；
⑥　近期有非甾体类抗炎药或类固醇使用史的患者；
⑦　有药物或者毒品依赖史的患者；
⑧　有精神疾病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing nerve block during perioperative period;
2. Patients with abnormal white blood cells in preoperative blood routine examination tested in the ward;
3. Patients undergoing reoperation for lung cancer;
4. Patients with autoimmune diseases;
5. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney functions;
6. Patients with a recent history of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids;
7. Patients with a history of drug or narcotics dependence;
8. Patients with a history of mental disease.
