研究目的：

通过改良人工鼻泪管及分体式人工泪管与目前临床上应用的双泪小管置入式人工泪管和硅胶人工鼻泪管支架的临床应用对比，证实改良人工鼻泪管及分体式人工泪管用于治疗复杂泪道阻塞具有明显的有效性和良好的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through modified nasolacrimal stent and split lacrimal stent and the clinical application of bicanalicular stent and silicone nasolacrimal stent, confirmed modified nasolacrimal stent and split lacrimal stent are used to treat complex of lacrimal duct obstruction has obvious efficacy and good safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）研究组与对照组患者的病情均已进展达到手术指征；
（2）患者精神正常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Experimental group and control group in the patient have to surgical indications of progress;
(2) Patients with normal mental.

排除标准：

（1）配合程度差或无法准确描述症状者；
（2）严重鼻腔畸形、眼部或鼻腔肿瘤者；
（3）外伤引起的泪道阻塞者；
（4）无法耐受手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor cooperations or unable to accurately describe the problem;
(2) Serious nasal deformity, eye or nasal tumors;
(3) Lacrimal duct obstruction caused by trauma;
(4) Cannot tolerate surgery.
