研究目的：

评价注射用血凝酶（巴曲亭）用于择期开颅手术的脑膜瘤及胶质瘤患者围手术期的止血效果及药物安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hemocoagulase Atrox for injection (baquting) in the treatment of Selective patients with meningioma and gliomas during preoperative.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

血凝酶 巴西矛头蝮蛇巴曲酶与磷脂依赖性X因子激活物（FAX） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

hemocoagulase Atrox complex of Bothrops Agkistrodon and Batroxobin X factor with phospholipid-depen 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18～65岁，性别不限；
2、神经外科择期行开颅手术的脑膜瘤或胶质瘤住院患者，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）评分Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；
3、脑膜瘤部位为大脑凸面，最大直径为2-6cm；胶质瘤部位为幕上，单发病灶；
4、由研究者判断心肺功能符合神经外科手术指征、无凝血系统
疾病者；
5、术前Hb、PLT、PT、INR和APTT达到手术指征者；
6、患者自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years old , sex is not limited;
2. Neurosurgery elective patients with meningioma or glioma patient, (ASA) score Ⅰ- Ⅱ level;
3. 2-6cm convexity meningioma or single supratentorial gliomas
4. Agree to Surgical indications of Heart & lung and without the coagulation system disease;
5. Hb、PLT、PT、INR、 APTT agree to Surgical indications;
6. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、已知对本研究药物成分过敏及过敏体质者；
2、术前2周使用过影响凝血系统功能药物（如阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、噻氯匹定、双嘧达莫、银杏叶制剂、肝素、华法林、枸橼酸盐、血凝酶、Vk、抗纤溶剂、止血敏、Vc等）治疗的患者；
3、转移瘤；
4、全身系统疾病，如高血压（控制不理想，或者术前临时控制者）、肺结核、糖尿病（控制不理想，或者术前临时控制者）、肝病未得到控制者，以及患有研究者认为可能干扰参加研究或评估的其他疾病等；
5、有贫血或出凝血机制障碍者；
6、有血栓病史、经检查有血栓形成倾向者或严重血液系统疾病的患者；
7、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
8、近四周内参加过其它研究药物的临床试验者；
9、依从性差、不能按研究方案完成试验者；
10、由于任何原因，研究人员认为该受试者不可能完成本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Irritable the physique or allergy to hemocoagulase Atrox;
2. Had use drug about coagulation system in two weeks , such as Aspirin、clopidogrel、Ticlopidine、Dipyridamole、Ginkgo Bi loba Leaf、heparin、Warfarin、citrate、hemocoagulase Atrox、Vk、Anti- fibrinolytics、Etamsvlatum、Vc;
3. Metastatic Tumors;
4. Systemic disease such as un-controlled hypertension、TB、un-controlled diabetes、un-controlled Hepatology、other diseases may interfere with study participation or evaluation;
5. Anaemia or disturbance of blood coagulation ;
6. History of thrombosis or thrombophilia by checked or serious blood disorders;
7. Pregnant or lactating women;
8. Have join in other clinical study in four weeks;
9. Poor compliance;
10. Researcher think who can't complete the study.
