研究目的：

对比不同切口位置对smile术后干眼、远视力和角膜密度的影响，为全飞秒手术切口位置的选择提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of different incision positions on dry eye, distant vision ability and corneal density after smile operation, so as to provide theoretical basis for the selection of incision position in smile surgery.

纳入标准：

参考《我国飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出手术规范专家共识（2018年）》中符合手术适应症的患者。

Inclusion criteria

According to the "Expert Consensus on Procedures for femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction in China（2018）", patients who met the indications were included.

排除标准：

参考《我国飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出手术规范专家共识（2018年）》中有手术禁忌症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

According to the "Expert Consensus on Procedures for femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction in China（2018）", patients who did not meet the surgical indications were excluded.
