研究目的：

通过对近期内发生过急性冠脉综合征（ACS）事件、接受调脂治疗且未达治疗目标的中国患者进行观察，更好地了解患者的特征以及他汀类药物（阿托伐他汀、瑞舒伐他汀）强化治疗的使用情况。 探索患者降脂治疗目标未达成时不采用他汀类强化治疗的医学原因。  

Objectives of Study：

To better understand patient characteristics and the use of intensive statin (atorvastin, rosuvastin) treatments in Chinese patients who have recently experienced an acute coronary syndrome event and are under active lipid treatment and are not at therapeutic goal. To identify medical reasons that patient cannot adopt intensive statin treatment when patient’s therapeutic goal is not achieved.

纳入标准：

1. 过去4～40周内发生过ACS事件的患者。ACS事件，包括因ACS而住院（ST段抬高型心梗，非ST段抬高型心梗，或高危不稳定型心绞痛）
2. 患者接受了稳定（> 2周）的降脂治疗
3. 在稳定的降脂治疗后，患者血脂水平未测定或经血脂检查表明控制不佳
4. 年龄40周岁及以上
5. 已提供书面知情同意的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have experienced an ACS event within the past 4-40 weeks. ACS event including - hospitalization for ACS (ST-elevation MI, non-ST elevation MI or high-risk unstable angina);
2. Patients receiving active lipid lowering treatment with a stable (>2 weeks) regimen;
3. Patients' lipid level not tested after stable active lipid lowering treatment or tested but not adequately controlled indicated by a lipid test after stable active lipid lowering treatment;
4. At least 40 years of age;
5. Patient having provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 不能或不愿提供知情同意，包括但不限于认知或语言导致的理解力障碍
2. 入选时参加了任何其他临床试验
3. 期望寿命 < 1 年

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent, including but not limited to cognitive or language barriers to comprehension;
2. Participation in any clinical trial at the time of enrollment;
3. Life expectancy <1 year.
