研究目的：

探讨不同剂量艾司氯胺酮在重症需气管插管儿童中的镇静镇痛程度及并发症情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the sedative and analgesic effects and complications of different doses of esmamine in children with severe tracheal intubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

入住重症监护室需气管插管的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children who need tracheal intubation in ICU.

排除标准：

1、受试者监护人不同意气管插管或使用镇静药物患儿；2、对使用药物过敏者；3、严重的肝肾功能损害患者；4、生命体征极不稳定患儿；5、有血压或颅内压升高严重风险的患者；控制不佳或未经治疗的高血压患者；6、未经治疗或治疗不足的甲状腺功能亢进患者。7、出现严重不良反应如（心跳、呼吸骤停，严重过敏反应等），即刻终止研究，采取积极治疗措施。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The guardians of the subjects do not agree with the use of tracheal intubation or sedative drugs; 2. Allergic to the use of drugs; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney damage; 4. Children with extremely unstable vital signs; 5. Patients with serious risk of blood pressure or intracranial pressure rise; patients with hypertension under control or without treatment; 6. Patients with hyperthyroidism without treatment or insufficient treatment. 7. In case of serious adverse reactions (such as cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, severe allergic reactions, etc.), the study should be terminated immediately and active treatment measures should be taken.
