研究目的：

对于心室率难以控制的心房颤动患者，行左束支起搏联合房室结消融术后6个月心脏功能较前改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with atrial fibrillation whose ventricular rate is difficult to control, left bundle branch pacing combined with atrioventricular node ablation has improved heart function 6 months after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）即使通过药物治疗控制的心律，患者仍出现症状性心力衰竭和持续性或永久性心房颤动；
（2）患者年龄大于18岁且未怀孕。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Even if the heart rhythm is controlled by medication, the patient still has symptomatic heart failure and persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation;
(2) The patient is older than 18 years old and is not pregnant.

排除标准：

（1）严重的二尖瓣或主动脉瓣关闭不全；
（2）需要心脏手术的先天性心脏病；
（3）严重的慢性阻塞性肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe mitral valve or aortic valve insufficiency;
(2) Congenital heart disease requiring heart surgery;
(3) Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
