研究目的：

主要目的： 探索经颅超声刺激对健康被试及成瘾被试左侧M1区调控效应，具体反映为运动诱发电位（MEP）振幅均值。 次要研究目的： 探索经颅超声刺激作用于左侧M1区后，相应的行为任务的改变。具体表现为刺激M1区后停止信号任务（SST）的反应时变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Purpose: To explore the effects of Transcranial ultrasound stimulation on the left M1 region and L-DLPFC region of healthy and Methamphetamine use disorder participants. The mean outcomes is motor evoked potential (MEP). Secondary objectives: To explore the changes of the corresponding behavioral tasks after transcranial ultrasound stimulation in left M1 region.Specifically, the changes in reaction time of stop signal task (SST) after M1 stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康被试：（1） 同意接受TUS干预；（2） 同意并具有学习程序的能力，包括足够的认知理解水平;（3） 年龄18-60岁；（4） 初中及以上文化水平；
甲基苯丙胺使用障碍患者：(1) 符合DSM-5中物质成瘾诊断标准； (2) 年龄在18-60周岁； (3) 初中以上文化程度； (4) 愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书。 (5) 药物滥用时间超过一年，使用频率大于1周1次，月使用量大于1克； (6)有抑郁症状

Inclusion criteria

Health control: (1)consent to attend this study;(2)can understand the behavior task;(3)aged 18-60 years;(4)junior high school degree or above.
Methamphetamine use disorder participants:(1) Meet DSM-5 criteria for substance abuse; (2) aged 18-60 years; (3) junior high school degree or above; (4) consent to attend this study; (5) the drug abuse time is more than one year, the frequency of use is greater than one week, and the monthly use is greater than 1 gram; (6) meet DSM-V criteria for depression.

排除标准：

? 健康被试：
（1） 符合当前严重抑郁、躁郁症，精神分裂症，任何精神疾病（包括药物诱发的精神疾病）和当前药物诱发的情绪障碍的标准；
（2） 患有妄想、痴呆、健忘症、强迫症、创伤后应激障碍、焦虑障碍、任何人格障碍以及认知障碍或分离性障碍；
（3） 有严重躯体疾病、心脏病史、心脏起搏器或植入药物泵等；
（4） 有严重消极观念和行为；
（5） 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（6） 颅内有金属植入物，人工耳蜗，颅内压增高，脑外伤，颅骨不全，脑炎，脑肿瘤；
（7） 有任何神经系统疾病，癫痫、帕金森、中风等，有家族癫痫病史，使用抗惊厥药物；
（8） 患高血压等心脑血管疾病；
（9） 存在脑钙化和脑微出血状况。
（10） 肥胖，体重指数>35；
（11） 具有睡眠剥夺情况；
（12） 试验一中基线状态MEP幅值波动超过15%

? 药物使用障碍患者：
（1） 符合当前严重抑郁、躁郁症，精神分裂症，任何精神疾病（包括药物诱发的精神疾病）和当前药物诱发的情绪障碍的标准；
（2） 并非单一药物滥用，存在严重的混吸情况；
（3） 患有妄想、痴呆、健忘症、强迫症、创伤后应激障碍、焦虑障碍、任何人格障碍以及认知障碍或分离性障碍；
（4） 有严重躯体疾病、心脏病史、心脏起搏器或植入药物泵等；
（5） 有严重消极观念和行为；
（6） 孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（7） 颅内有金属植入物，人工耳蜗，颅内压增高，脑外伤，颅骨不全，脑炎，脑肿瘤；
（8） 有任何神经系统疾病，癫痫、帕金森、中风等，有家族癫痫病史，使用抗惊厥药物；
（9） 患高血压等心脑血管疾病；
（10） 存在脑钙化和脑微出血状况。
（11） 肥胖，体重指数>35；
（12） 具有睡眠剥夺情况；
（13） 试验一中基线状态MEP幅值波动超过15%

Exclusion criteria：

health controls:
(1) Meet current criteria for major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, any mental illness (including drug-induced mental illness) and current drug-induced mood disorders;
(2) has delusions, dementia, amnesia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, any personality disorder and cognitive or dissociative disorder;
(3) A history of serious physical illness, heart disease, pacemaker or implanted drug pump;
(4) Seriously negative thoughts and behaviors;
(5) Pregnant and lactating women;
(6) Intracranial metal implants, cochlear implants, increased intracranial pressure, brain trauma, skull insufficiency, encephalitis, brain tumors;
(7) Any neurological disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, stroke, family history of epilepsy, use of anticonvulsant drugs;
(8) Suffer from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension;
(9) Cerebral calcification and cerebral microhemorrhage.
(10) Obesity, body mass index > 35.
(11) Sleep deprivation;
(12) In test 1, the MEP amplitude fluctuated by more than 15% in the baseline state
Methamphetamine use disorder:
