研究目的：

本研究旨在检测提升接触干预模式（ECM）在减少初级卫生人员精神疾病病耻感的短期（干预后）及长期（1年随访）有效性，如增加精神卫生知识，减少对患者的歧视态度及行为，和探索提升接触干预模式（ECM）与 一般培训项目（GTP）对减少精神疾病病耻感的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The randomized controlled trial will test the short- (post-intervention) and long-term (11-month follow-up) effectiveness of a newly developed Enhancing Contact Model (ECM) Intervention for improving mental health knowledge, and reducing the stigmatizing attitudes and discrimination behavior in the PHCPs, and will examine whether the ECM is more effective in reducing mental health-related stigma than the mental health general training program (GTP) in the PHCPs.

纳入标准：

初级卫生人员纳入标准：
1.必须是乡镇或者村一级的初级卫生人员；
2.年龄18-70岁；
3.能够签署知情同意书；
精神疾病患者的纳入标准：
1.新津第二人民医院的住院病人或者2015年精神健康调查中的患者；
2.年龄在18-70岁之间；
3.确诊精神分裂症、重度抑郁症或者躁郁症；
4.病情稳定；
5.能够签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for PHCPs are:
1.being a PHCP in a township hospital or village clinic;
2.aged 18-70;
3.able to provide written informed consent.
The inclusion criteria for persons with MI are:
1.XSPH inpatients or identified in the PIs 2015 mental health survey;
2.aged 18-70;
3.having a diagnosis of schizophrenia, major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder;
4.being in a stable period of their illness;
5.able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

初级卫生人员的排除标准：
1.有精神疾病；
2.不能够参与到本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.likely to have an MI;
2.unable to join the study.
