通本项目的研究目的是评估利用悟空主动健康智慧管理单元系统进行干预是否能提高个体的主动健康指数，从而降低疾病发病率。

The research purpose of this project is to evaluate whether the intervention of Wukong Active Health Intelligent Management Unit System can improve the individual's active health index, thereby reducing the incidence of disease.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在所有的观察对象中，数据均为前瞻性随访获取，并由一名受过训练的独立调查员基于Web数据信息系统进行操作，实时收集悟空主动健康智能管理系统数据与健康云云端数据，收集过程中若出现极端值或异常值则进行反馈提示，以保证数据收集的可靠性、准确性。数据收集过程中，将随机抽取20%的数据样本，由独立部门的统计专家进行检查并反馈检查报告。随访过程中，将定期举行数据质量会议，审查所有企业职员的注册记录和登记数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In all the observation objects, the data are obtained by prospective follow-up, and operated by a trained independent investigator based on the web data information system. The data of Wukong active health intelligent management system and health cloud cloud are collected in real time. If there are extreme or abnormal values in the collection process, feedback is given to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data collection. In the process of data collection, 20% of the data samples will be randomly selected, and the statistical experts of independent departments will check and feed back the inspection report. During the follow-up, regular data quality meetings will be held to review the registration records and registration data of all enterprise employees.
