研究目的：

探讨重症医学科内血流感染患者血流感染病原微生物分布特点及影响其易感、预后的危险因素，为对病情严重程度早评估、早预警提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the distribution characteristics of pathogenic microorganisms and risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with bloodstream infection in intensive care unit, so as to provide reference for early evaluation and early warning of the severity of the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；
②符合血流感染的诊断标准《2003医院感染诊断标准（试行）》；
③入住ICU时间≥72h；
④1年入住ICU次数≥2次，取第一次入住期间的临床资料；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old;
2. The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of bloodstream infection "2003 diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection (Trial)";
3. Patients staying in ICU for more than 72 hours;
4. Patients admitted to ICU more than twice in one year. The clinical data during the first admission were collected.

排除标准：

临床资料不全者（包括血常规，降钙素原，凝血功能指标以及肝肾功能指标）。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete clinical data (including blood routine examination, procalcitonin, coagulation function indicators and liver and kidney function indicators).
