研究目的：

通过随机，平行对照研究，评价肺癌防护强化治疗阶段中医综合方案对靶向治疗出现皮疹的减毒作用  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multicenter, randomized controled clinical trial to estimate the targeted therapy leading to rash effect of TCM comprehensive scheme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1经病理学或细胞学确诊的Ⅰ-IV期非小细胞肺癌患者；
2靶向治疗出现皮疹的患者（术后或带瘤）；
3年龄≥18，且≤75岁；
4术后：ECOG评分0-1，KPS≥80；带瘤： ECOG评分0-3，KPS≥50；
5预计生存期术后≥6个月，带瘤≥3个月；
6中性粒细胞＞1.5×109/L，血小板＞100×109/L，血红蛋白＞9.0g/dl；胆红素 正常或 < 1.5 × ULN；AST (SGOT)、ALT (SGPT) < 2.5 ×ULN (如果肝转移则< 5 ×ULN)；血清肌酐< 1.5 ×ULN；
7患者依从性好，能理解本研究的情况并签署知情同意书。
8正在接受分子靶向药物治疗；符合皮疹诊断标准，NCI-CTCAE3.0评估1级以上者；症状持续1天以上。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Non small cell lung cancers which were dignosised by pathology or cytology;(2) Targeted therapy leading to rash(postoperative or advanced);(3) Age were 18-75 years;(4) Postoperative:ECOG≥0-1,KPS≥80; Advanced:ECOG≥0-3,KPS≥50;(5) prediction survival time: Postoperative: ≥6 months, Advanced: ≥3 months;(6) Neutrophil＞1.5×109/L，Platelet＞100×109/L，HGB＞9.0g/dl；TBil normaol or < 1.5 × ULN；AST (SGOT)、ALT (SGPT) < 2.5 × ULN；Cr < 1.5 × ULN;(7) Sign the informed consent form,and has good compliance;(8)Accepting molecule targeted medication therapy;Meet the criteria of diagnosis of rash,NCI-CTCAE3.0 assess one or more ranks; Symptom continued more than one day.

排除标准：

1无明确病理诊断者；
2有严重、未控制的器质性病变或感染，如失代偿的心、肺、肾功能衰竭等患者；
3妊娠或哺乳期患者，精神病患者；
4正在其它临床试验中；
5对研究药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Non small cell lung cancers which were not dignosised by pathology or cytology;
(2)The pregnant women and lactation period women, psychotic patients;
(3)The patient with serious uncontroled organic disease,such as function decompensated of herat, lung, liver, kidney;
(4)Under other trials;
(5)Allergic to the research medicine.
