研究目的:

1.监测认知疲劳发生过程中的脑电信号变化,评价通过脑电信号监测认知疲劳的实际价值; 2.探索经头皮生物电刺激抗认知疲劳的效应。  

Objectives of Study:

1.Monitoring the change of EEG signals in the occurrence of mental fatigue in order to evaluate the value of EEG in monitoring mental fatigue. 2.To explore the effect of the electric stimulation on alleviating mental fatigue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.受试者年龄在18到35岁之间。
2.身体健康,睡眠正常。
3.无咖啡、茶、烟酒依赖,受试前24h内未服用咖啡、茶、酒或其它精神活性药物。
4.视力正常或矫正视力正常。
5.右利手。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged between 18 to 35 years.2. healthy and normal sleep.3. No coffee, tea, tobacco and alcohol dependence. Not take coffee, tea, wine or other psychoactive drugs 24h before examination .4. normal vision or normal corrected vision.5. right-handed.

排除标准:

1. 存在影响认知的严重神经疾病。
2. 存在其他精神疾病。
3. 存在全身性疾病(如心律失常、糖尿病、脏器功能不全、高血压、贫血、甲状腺功能异常、营养不良和感染等)。
4. 有过癫痫发作的病史。
5. 药物或酒精滥用或者依赖。
6. 生命体征或者全身检查或者神经学检查发现异常。
7. 筛选前30天内常规使用(每周>2次)安眠药物。
8. 长期服用咖啡。
9. 近一月有睡眠障碍
10.存在听力障碍或严重视力障碍
11.正参加其它临床试验者

Exclusion criteria:

1. with severe neurological disease affect cognition.
2. with other psychiatric diseases.
3. with systemic diseases ( such as arrhythmia, diabetes, organ dysfunction, hypertension, an-emia, thyroid dysfunction, malnutrition, infection and et al ).
4. had a history of seizure.
5. drug or alcohol abuse or dependence.
6. vital signs or physical examination or neurological examination revealed abnormal.
7. routine use hypnotics for more than 2 times per week 30 days before screening.
8. long-term administration of coffee.
9. with sleep disorders in recent one month.
10. hearing impairment or severe visual impairment.
11. participating in other clinical trials.
