研究目的：

探究牙周骨增量术后牙槽骨改建理想的外力作用时机，为临床牙周病伴错颌畸形患牙的牙周－正畸联合治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the ideal time of external force on alveolar bone remodeling after periodontal augmentation surgery, and to provide the basis for periodontal orthodontic treatment of patients with periodontal disease and malocclusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 知情同意签署；
2) 年龄18岁至40岁，拟进行或正在进行正畸治疗；
3) 牙槽骨内有壁（2壁或3壁）骨缺损(即角形吸收、垂直骨缺损)区域至少1个牙位；
4) 经过完善牙周基础治疗，牙周情况稳定，口腔卫生维护良好，研究者认定其属于翻瓣+植骨术适应症的病例；需植骨牙位不超过3个。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with informed consent;
2. Patients aged from 18 to 40 years old who are planning or undergoing orthodontic treatment;
3. Patients with at least one tooth position in the alveolar bone with two or three wall bone defect (i.e. angular absorption and vertical bone defect);
4. The patients with periodontal basic treatment had stable periodontal condition and good oral hygiene maintenance, which were identified as the cases with flap + bone graft indications by researchers, and the number of teeth requiring bone graft was no more than 3.

排除标准：

1) 口腔内存在不可控制的病理过程；
2) 已知的或疑似的恶性肿瘤；
3) 头部及颈部的放射治疗病史；
4) 术前5年内的放、化疗病史；
5) 不可控制的糖尿病；
6) 可能影响术后愈合的类固醇或其他用药；
7) 每天抽烟超过 10 根；
8) 酗酒及服用毒品；
9) 同时参加其他临床研究或在录用前几周参加其他临床研究；
10) 怀孕或研究期内有怀孕计划的妇女；
11) 不具备临床植骨条件的患者；
12) 严重牙周炎患者或需植骨区域超过3个牙位；
13） 研究者认为不适宜参加本次临床实验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with uncontrollable pathological process in oral cavity;
2. Patients with known or suspected malignant tumor;
3. Patients with history of head and neck radiotherapy;
4. Patients with history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy within 5 years before operation;
5. Patients with uncontrollable diabetes mellitus;
6. Patients with steroid or other drugs that may affect postoperative healing;
7. Patients who smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day;
8. Those who drink and take drugs;
9. Patients who participate in other clinical studies at the same time or in other clinical studies a few weeks before employment;
10. Pregnant women or women with pregnancy plans during the study period;
11. Patients who do not have clinical bone graft conditions;
12. Patients with severe periodontitis or patients with more than 3 teeth in bone graft area;
13. The situations that the researchers think are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
