Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of preserving or not preserving the great saphenous vein during laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection for penile cancer

纳入标准：

阴茎癌患者，年龄≤85岁，阴茎肿瘤≤T3N2M0

Inclusion criteria

Penile cancer patients, age <=85 years old, penile tumors <=T3N2M0

排除标准：

下肢深静脉血栓，严重的心肺、脑疾病而不能耐受手术者

Exclusion criteria：

Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, severe heart, lung, and brain diseases that cannot tolerate surgery
