观察原花青素协同维生素C和E对非酒精性脂肪患者脂代谢的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effects of proanthocyanidins combined with vitamin C and E on the lipid metabolism in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

根照2010年中华医学会肝病学分会对非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断标准，凡具备以下第1-4项和第5或第6项中任何一项者即可确诊。①无饮酒史或饮酒折合乙醇量小于140g/周(女性<70 g/周)；②除外病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病、全胃肠外营养、肝豆状核变性、自身免疫性肝病等可导致脂肪肝的特定疾病；③除原发疾病临床表现外，可有乏力、消化不良、肝区隐痛、肝脾肿大等非特异性症状及体征；④可有体质量超重和(或)内脏性肥胖、空腹血糖增高、血脂紊乱、高血压等代谢综合征相关组分，并出现不明原因的血清ALT和(或)AST、GGT持续增高半年以上；⑤肝脏影像学表现符合弥漫性脂肪肝的诊断标准且无其他原因可供解释；⑥肝活检组织学改变符合脂肪性肝病的病理学诊断标准。并且满足一下标准：①年龄20~60岁；②NAFL或轻、中度NASH且未使用药物治疗者；③BMI>20且<30，近三个月内体重稳定；④空腹血糖<7.8mmol/L；⑤坐位收缩压<160 mmHg和舒张压<100 mmHg；⑥符合伦理要求，患者自愿受试，并签署知情同意书,在以后的4个月内居住在重庆主城区，能保持电话畅通，方便过来回访者。

Inclusion criteria

According to criteria recommended by the Chinese Society Hepatology, CMA in 2010, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients was diagnosed as:
1. No alcohol intake or alcohol consumption was less than 140g/weeks (female g/ <70 weeks), and
2. No special diseases which can lead to fatty liver such as viral hepatitis, Drug induced liver disease,total parenteral nutrition, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune liver disease and et al.;
3. In addition to the clinical manifestations of primary disease, they also have nonspecific symptoms and signs such as Weak, indigestion, liver area pain, hepatosplenomegaly etc.;
4. Patients with metabolic syndrome,appear serum ALT and (or) AST, GGT continued to increase for more than half a year for unknown reason;
5. Liver imaging performance was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of diffuse fatty liver and had no other reasons;
6. histology of liver biopsy accord with criteria for the diagnosis of fatty liver disease.
And subjects also meet the following criteria:
1. Aged between 20 to 60 years;
2. diagnosed with NAFL or mild, moderate NASH and no drug therapy;
3. BMI(20~30),Body weight stability in the past three months;
4. Fasting blood glucose<7.8mmol/L5;
5. meet all ethical requirements and sign the informed consent form, live in Chongqing in the next 4 months and vist to the hospital conveniently.

排除标准：

①凡是有过量饮酒或肝炎病毒感染者或非本地常住居民；②近半年内服用过任何明确影响血脂代谢的药物；③患有胃肠道疾病、各种严重的慢性疾病或肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤的患者；④研究前一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、外伤或手术；⑤依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. excessive drinking,hepatitis B virus infected patients,or Non local permanent residents;
2. Taking drugs which affect the metabolism of blood lipid in the past six months;
3. Gastrointestinal disease patients,all kinds of chronic disesses, liver and kidney dysfunction patients;
4. Acute and chronic infectious disease, trauma or surgery before the previous month of the study;
5. Patients with poor compliance.
