研究目的：

我们的结果表明，针刺综合康复结合90天NBP序次治疗缺血性脑卒中可改善患者的精神、神经和行为功能，且无明显副作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Our results indicated that Comprehensive rehabilitation of Acupuncture combined with Sequential therapy of the 90 days NBP sequential therapy in the treatment of Ischemic stroke may improve the psychiatric,neurological and behavioural functions of patients without significant side effect.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病人满足以下标准包括:(1)40 - 80岁;(2)急性缺血性中风的临床诊断之前在48小时内开始进入研究;(3)得分5至15在美国国立卫生研究院的中风尺度(署);(4)脑电脑断层(CT)扫描需要排除患者颅内出血;(5)没有沟通或认知功能受损(细微精神状态检查(MMSE)评分> 15)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
Patients meeting the following criteria were included:(1) 40-80 years of age;(2) a clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke that had commenced within 48 hours before entry into the study;(3) a score between 5 and 15 on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS);(4) A cerebral computed tomographic (CT) scan was required to exclude patients who had intracranial hemorrhage;(5) without impaired communication or cognitive function (Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score＞15). because the severe stroke patients need more frequently skilled care, which may be beyond our treatment program.

排除标准：

排除标准如下:(1)短暂性脑缺血发作;(2)抑郁史,精神病,或严重的药物滥用;(3)前三个月内收到溶栓或针灸治疗;(4)在吞咽困难;(5)心原性栓塞及预期脑动脉的血管形成;(6)历史的中风;(7)严重的肝或肾功能障碍;(8)凝血障碍;(9)参加其他临床试验;(10)怀孕或哺乳

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
The exclusion criteria were as follows:(1) transient ischemic attack;(2) history of depression,psychosis,or severe substance abuse;(3) received thrombolytic or acupuncture therapy within previous three months;(4 )difficulty in swallowing;(5) cardiogenic embolism and anticipated revascularisation of cerebral arteries;(6) history of stroke;(7) severe liver or renal dysfunction;(8) blood coagulation disorders;(9) participating in other clinical trials;(10)pregnant or breastfeeding.
